OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS – Eastern Shawnee Professional Services, LLC (an Eastern Shawnee Companies subsidiary), and AUX Partners today announce the formation of a new tribally owned joint venture – Eastern Shawnee Partners, LLC (ESP) – to provide premier talent management solutions to federal and private sector clients.

The collaboration is set to create a dynamic synergy that will amplify the recruitment industry’s impact on businesses across various sectors.

ESP, a tribally owned joint venture company, was created to provide recruiting and staff augmentation services. By forming this joint venture, ESP has fully integrated capabilities, expertise, experience, and contracting advantages to provide even greater service to clients. This joint venture delivers the joint capabilities of both companies while competing as a tribally owned small business.

Judy Reagan, Eastern Shawnee Professional Services General Manager and Management Committee Member of ESP, says “This joint venture with AUX Partners creates a second-to-none tribally owned staffing company. With our experience in federal staffing contracts and AUX’s experience and reputation in the private sector, we are poised to do great things for clients across all markets.”

The primary focus of this joint venture is empowering tribal communities and promoting economic growth through dedicated services. By leveraging our experience and deep understanding of the challenges faced by tribal entities, ESP aims to be a trusted partner for tribal, federal, municipal, and private clients alike and is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that benefit clients and contribute to preserving tribal heritage and the well-being of future generations.

“We are excited to begin this transformative venture,” said Peyton Warwick, Owner of AUX Partners and Management Committee Member of ESP. “This partnership seamlessly aligns with our mission to unite exceptional talent with visionary organizations. Together, we will channel our collective strengths to shape a more inclusive recruitment experience, fostering innovation and propelling growth.”

As ESP evolves, both Eastern Shawnee Professional Services and AUX Partners remain committed to exploring new avenues of collaboration that will enrich their offerings and create lasting value for their clients.
