The Management Committee of Eastern Shawnee Companies (ESP) is comprised of senior-level representatives from each of the entities that comprise the joint venture. The Management Committee provides executive leadership, governance, strategic planning, and financial oversight. Through his almost 30 years of experience, Matt has provided leadership, project execution, client management, and strategic planning in various positions for large and small private-sector organizations. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business administration and operations, business development, business line diversification, and strategic team building. Since 2012, Matt has become well-versed in Small Business Administration’s contracting assistance programs and provided executive oversight on federal staff augmentation projects for Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron, Warner Robins AFB, Fort Carson, and NAVAIR as Chief Operating Officer at this previous firm.
Judy Reagan

Judy is an Innovative executive with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations, projects, and people. She has a demonstrated ability to drive growth executed by diligent operations and financial prudence. As a creative problem solver, Judy thrives in times of change while keeping a long-term focus. She pre-emptively identifies and resolves bottlenecks and risks to cultivate a high-performing culture and teams. Judy’s most recent experience includes executive oversight for federal staff augmentation projects at Fort Carson, Warner Robins AFB, and Randolph AFB.
Peyton Warwick
Management Committee Member
Peyton started his staffing and recruiting career at a multi-billion-dollar staffing firm. He quickly became a top 10 producer throughout the Midwest region and was promoted to Sales Manager for the Kansas City branch. As a Sales Manager, he managed a team of 50 Account Managers and Recruiters along with an annual revenue of $7.5 million. In 2016, he split off to start his own agency, AUX Partners. AUX is a full-scale staffing and recruiting firm providing placements in the cyber, tech, marketing, sales, engineering, and finance industries. AUX partners with small, medium and fortune 1000 companies and has made over 1,200 successful placements in over 35 states including Canada.
